02Remake

Free remake

If the film has an obvious defect, you may request one free remake within 3 days of delivery. Obvious defects are: an aspect ratio different from the order, a corrupted file that will not play, a length clearly outside the range you chose, or content clearly not matching the purpose or focus in the order.

Preferences about style and copy are creative judgment and are not covered.

03Timing

Refund timing

Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your card issuer. Days and hours in this policy are counted in UTC+8. This English version is a translation; if it differs from the Chinese version, the Chinese version prevails.
