We only collect what is needed to complete your order. We do not sell data or use ad tracking.

Who helps us provide the service
- Google Firebase: account sign-in.
- Stripe: payments and refunds.
- Cloudflare: website hosting, database, file storage and bot checks.
- Our editing system (the Edgeless Editor): receives only the order details and materials needed to make the film, never your email or payment details.
Apart from the above and where the law requires, we do not share your data with third parties.

Cookie
We do not use ad tracking. Your sign-in is kept only for the current browser session. The Stripe and Cloudflare verification components use their own cookies for security.

Your rights
You may ask at any time to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold (except accounting records we must keep by law). Contact us using the details below and we will respond within 7 days.
When this policy changes we update the version number and post it on this page. This English version is a translation; if it differs from the Chinese version, the Chinese version prevails.
